About these terms

These terms apply to your use of Accident Injury Coach (AI Coach), including its mobile app and accidentinjurycoach.com, operated by Care Connect Technologies, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using AI Coach, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use. Our privacy policy explains how we handle information.

You must be able to enter into these terms under applicable law. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, use the service only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. AI Coach is not directed to children under 13.

Education, not professional advice

AI Coach provides general accident and insurance education and helps you explore resources. It is not a law firm, healthcare provider, medical device, insurer, insurance broker, lender, or claims administrator. It does not provide medical or financial advice, diagnose or treat conditions, determine fault or coverage, file a claim, or guarantee compensation or any other outcome.

Consult an attorney about rights, deadlines, and legal decisions; a qualified healthcare professional about symptoms and treatment; and your insurer or an appropriately licensed professional about coverage and financial decisions. Do not delay professional help or miss a deadline because of something AI Coach says. Examples and individual experiences do not predict your result.

For an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number. AI Coach calls, forms, and support are not emergency services and are not monitored for urgent medical or safety needs.

Your account & use

Provide accurate account information, use a phone number you are authorized to use, protect your sign-in codes and devices, and tell support if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for your use of the service and for making sure you are permitted to provide any information you submit.

Do not use AI Coach to impersonate someone, submit unlawful or unauthorized content, harass others, commit fraud, interfere with the service, bypass security or usage limits, extract other users' information, or probe systems without authorization. Do not use automated requests to overwhelm the service or send spam through its forms.

AI calls & document explanations

You interact with an AI assistant, not a human professional. AI output may be incorrect, incomplete, inconsistent, or out of date. Transcriptions can mishear words and document processing can misread pages, amounts, exclusions, or other details. Check important information against your original documents and qualified professional advice.

Calls are recorded. Audio and conversation content are processed by our voice providers. The coach may use summaries of your uploaded insurance documents during a call. Document content is also processed by AI services to generate explanations. These activities and retention periods are described in the privacy policy and applicable in-app notices.

Only upload documents or discuss information you have the right to share. Avoid unnecessary medical, financial, or third-party details. Keep your original documents and your own copies of information you need; AI Coach is not a permanent records archive. Generated explanations do not amend an insurance policy or bind an insurer.

Providers & sponsored listings

The Resources section may show lawyers, healthcare providers, repair services, financial-resource providers, and other vendors. We may facilitate introductions or share relevant information to support connections and services, as described in our privacy policy and applicable notices, permissions, and choices.

Resource listings may be paid advertisements or sponsored results. Vendors may pay Care Connect Technologies, LLC for visibility or placement. A sponsored placement is a commercial relationship, not a guarantee of quality, suitability, availability, licensing, or a particular result. Advertising and sponsored placements are identified where they appear.

Evaluate a provider's qualifications, terms, fees, and suitability before engaging them. Independent providers are responsible for their services and professional obligations. Any engagement, representation, treatment, purchase, or financing arrangement is subject to the agreement you make with that provider. A listing or introduction alone does not create professional representation.

MyCaseCare

MyCaseCare is a companion app of AI Coach, also owned by Care Connect Technologies, LLC. It supports activities such as organizing documents, appointments, expenses, and a personal pain journal. It has its own account experience and terms and privacy notices.

If an AI Coach user signs up for MyCaseCare, or a MyCaseCare user signs up for AI Coach, information may be shared between the services to recognize accounts, connect the experience, and provide relevant features. The information involved depends on the features used and applicable notices, permissions, and privacy choices. Signing up does not guarantee that every item or feature is synchronized.

Your content & our service

You retain your rights in content you provide. You permit Care Connect Technologies, LLC and the providers involved in delivering the service to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content as needed to provide the features you use, generate responses, handle support, and carry out the uses described in the privacy policy. This permission does not transfer ownership of your documents to us.

AI Coach's branding, software, design, and original service content belong to their respective owners. You may use the service and its educational materials for your personal purposes, subject to these terms. Do not remove ownership notices, misrepresent our content as your own, or use our branding to imply endorsement. AI output may resemble other output and is not guaranteed to be unique or suitable for a particular use.

Availability & responsibility

Features, usage limits, and availability may change. Network problems, maintenance, third-party services, or other events can interrupt calls, uploads, processing, or access. We may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, security concerns, legal requirements, or operational problems.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and AI output are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for checking information and deciding what action to take.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Care Connect Technologies, LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, reliance on AI output, or dealings with independent providers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, limits mandatory consumer rights, or removes responsibilities imposed on us by law.

If a feature requires payment, its price and applicable payment terms will be presented before purchase. Vendor advertising arrangements do not by themselves require you to purchase a listed service. App-store and device-platform rules may also apply to downloading and using the app.

Ending use & deleting data

You may stop using AI Coach at any time. To request deletion of your account or selected data, use our account and data deletion page. We verify ownership before acting. Uninstalling, signing out, or clearing local data does not delete your server account.

Deletion, provider cleanup, backups, and any retained security or legal records follow the privacy policy. An AI Coach deletion request does not automatically close a MyCaseCare account; tell us if your request concerns both services. Provisions that by their nature need to continue, including ownership, permitted retention, and applicable responsibility limitations, continue after use ends.

Changes & contact

We may revise these terms as the service changes and will update the date on this page. We will provide additional notice or request agreement when applicable law requires it. The updated terms apply from their stated effective date, subject to any required notice.
